Pythagoreion offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, fish markets, butcher shops, cozy cafes, scenic walking paths, stunning beaches, a picturesque port, and a very short distance to the airport.
While the building overlooks the port, its entrance is set on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
One of the main advantages is that the property is easily accessible, located at sea level with no steep hills to climb.

Connections and Transportation
Getting around Samos is easy, with car, van, bicycle, and electric bike rentals available across the island.
The island is well-served by taxi and public transportation, with a fleet of over 20 buses providing regular service throughout the year.
Samos is also home to six yacht harbors, including marinas in Pythagoreion, Kokkari, Iraio, Ormos (Irmis Marina), Karlovasi, and Vathi.
Samos International Airport is also well-connected, with direct flights from April to November to destinations including the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Belgium.
Year-round, there are daily flights to Athens (only 40 minutes away) and twice-weekly flights to Thessaloniki (just 50 minutes away).
Samos is strategically positioned, offering excellent connectivity to nearby islands and the mainland.
It’s just a short distance from Ikaria and several other Aegean islands.
For instance, you can reach Ikaria from Pythagoreion (just a 2-minute walk from the property) in just 1 hour and 15 minutes by Catamaran, year-round. Additionally, ferries from Vathy and Karlovasi run 3-5 times a week.
During the summer months, direct connections to Patmos, Leros, Fourni, Kos, Rhodes, and many other Dodecanese islands are available almost daily.
From the Pythagoreion port, a mere walk from the house, you can embark on day trips to not only these islands but also to Turkey. The port of Kusadasi is just 45 minutes away by ferry.
Additionally, from Vathy and Karlovasi, several daily ferries connect Samos to Kusadasi and Seferihisar in Turkey.
Kusadasi, a prominent cruise port, is located near the ancient ruins of Ephesus, and just a 3-hour drive from Pamukkale (the 8th Wonder of the World) and 6 hours from Istanbul.
Both Kusadasi and Seferihisar are less than an hour's drive from Izmir International Airport, providing easy access to international flights.
From Izmir International Airport, you can take daily direct flights to major cities in Turkey, as well as many international destinations around the world.
